DAQ24USB is a technically advanced 24-bit data
logging system offering excellent performance
at a low cost. DAQ24USB comes with a finished GUI application (shown
below), Java and C libraries, programmable sensitivity, digital
input/output, PC/104 form-factor, auxiliary 10-bit and temperature
channels and USB connectivity.
- USB
interface. USB is the standard plug-and-play peripheral interface offering almost unlimited expansion and ease-of-use
when compared to legacy parallel and serial ports.
- Wide
dynamic range. Four 24-bit analog channels with up to 130 dB of
dynamic range and no missing codes. The DAQ24USB employs one delta-sigma
analog-digital converter chip per channel for simultaneous sampling.
- Low
power. One-half watt power consumption
.
- Multi-platform.
Drivers for Linux and Windows XP.
- Java
real-time display and control. DAQ-Sys-Lab displays incoming data
and controls the digitizer (see below).
- Digital
I/O. Digital I/O is needed to synchronize and/or control external
events and devices. Three input and three output lines are provided.
- Unified
data scan. Digital inputs are scanned along with analog data eliminating
timing errors and ambiguities.
- X1
- X64 amplification and voltage ranges. The on-board amplifier is software-controlled
and eliminates the complication, power consumption and cabling
associated with a separate amplifiers. Jumpers select between two voltage ranges.
- PC/104. DAQ24USB conforms to the PC/104 form-factor and stack requirements.
- Temperature
sensor. On-board temperature data output.
- DAQ24USB
Standard Option. DAQ-Sys-Lab data acquisition program and libraries runs on a laptop or desktop PC. Data files can be imported into Excel,
Matlab or any program able to read and ASCII file. The Java and
C libraries enable developers to build their own applications.
- DAQ24USB
Network Option. DAQ24USB can up upgraded to the NetDAS data acquisition system offering full IP-network client/server support.
- Auxiliary
channels. Four 10-bit low data rate channels.
- External power. Program-controlled and switched external 5 VDC power is available for external devices.

gain, sampling rate, calibration and other parameters.
Up to 16 DAQ24USB devices can be used at one time providing
64 channels 24-bit channels. The DAQ24USB is available
as a printed circuit card for OEM applications or as a kit with enclosure, cabling and connection panel. |
